I AM Movement is Orange County’s ultimate fitness enabler. Located in Irvine, California, we encourage and challenge people with and without disabilities through creative movement and focused exercise. Our goal is to help people live their lives to the fullest so they can be their own heroes.

Empowering
Our vision is to use fitness as an enabler, empowering our members through all-inclusive exercise and dance. We do this by challenging people with fun and innovative workouts in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Nurturing
We’re committed to helping our members enhance their quality of life. This requires effort, determination, and perspiration on their part. On our end, we supply qualified nurturing coaches and instructors to teach the right moves.
Strengthening
While we cater to our members’ abilities, we don’t coddle them. Whether the diagnosis is Parkinson’s, aging, or an impairment–I AM Movement is for people with active lifestyles, who want to fight back, and have fun doing it.
